Out of Range Protocol: If temperature exceeds maximum safe limit, immediately remove and quarantine contents. Unplug the device and attach a "Remove from Service" tag (Policy 12.5). Notify Charge Nurse and Biomedical Engineering immediately. Do not use until cleared by Biomed.
